Erika is a licensed psychotherapist practicing in New York City. She works with adolescents and adults, couples, and families, specializing in the treatment of extreme stress and anxiety, mood disorders, eating disorders, and relationship issues. Erika provides education and guidance sessions for family members of people with eating disorders. She also leads Interpersonal Skills Groups for young women. She is trained in psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavioral, and sensorimotor psychotherapy.
